Your UI Design Approach:

​

  • You validate assumptions and gain deeper insights by asking non-leading questions to stakeholders.

  • You make data-driven design decisions and excel in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • You have expertise in Figma, specializing in crafting scalable design systems and managing components effectively.

  • You thrive in designing at scale, particularly with shared UI components at a platform level.

  • As the custodian of UI components, you ensure quality assurance, managing their evolving requirements across GraphiteRx products.

  • You are proficient in front-end development, facilitating effective communication with developers on best practices.

  • You can operate autonomously, requiring minimal guidance while delivering results.

Your UX Design Approach:

​

  • You have a passion for designing both complex and straightforward features.

  • You Emphasis on clean and precise Information Architecture (IA) in design philosophy.

  • You have a minimalistic approach to defining success, avoiding unnecessary assumptions.

  • You are enthusiastic about user research, data-driven design, and psychology in healthcare.

  • You are a creative thinker who starts with outside-the-box ideas and refines them for practical implementation.

  • Unconstrained by design systems, you ensure they do not hinder your creative expression.

  • While working towards long-term solutions, you remain adaptable to the necessities of quick short-term fixes.

Requirements:

​

  • 5+ years of professional experience in responsive website and app design.

  • Lead planning for research activities and analyzing outcomes to inform design decisions.

  • Proficient in creating user-centered designs for app-based digital products, covering UI, information architecture, and interaction flow.

  • Determine end-to-end user experience maps, building empathy, and making thoughtful design decisions.

  • Design and implement overall product experience, sharing insights with stakeholders and team partners.

  • Familiarity with digital product design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies.

  • On-site work is required in Nashville.

​

Nice-to-Have Skills:

​

  • 2+ years of B2B software design experience.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical procurement technology.

​
